Craftamo Competition

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The competition is open worldwide to participants aged 18 years or older, except employees of Craftamo, their families, or anyone else professionally connected with the competition.

2. Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must post a selfie on Instagram with their Craftamo purchase and tag @craftamo. Only one entry per person is allowed per month.

3. Competition Period: The competition runs each month, beginning on the 1st and ending on the last day of the month. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered for that month.

4. Prizes: The prize will be randomly selected from the Craftamo.com catalog of products each month, up to a value of $60 USD RRP. The prize will vary each month. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

5. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected through a random draw from all valid entries received by the closing date each month. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via social media within 7 days of the competition closing date. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Craftamo reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.

7. Publicity: By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Liability: Craftamo is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize, except as required by law.

9. Data Protection: Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the competition and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent, in accordance with Craftamo’s privacy policy.

10. General: Craftamo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
