Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

Subscription Terms and Conditions

Upon subscribing, you will receive recurring deliveries approximately every 30 days from the initial purchase date. The subscription is for a fixed term of twelve (12) months, regardless of whether you choose a monthly, 6-month, or 12-month payment plan. Payment details will be securely stored, and billing will be processed in accordance with your selected payment plan.

Subscription Fees

Subscription fees do not include shipping costs. Shipping charges are based on the selected delivery frequency and may be adjusted in response to fluctuations in global shipping rates during the subscription period.

Payment Processing

In the event that we are unable to process payment using an Authorized Payment Method, we may make additional attempts to charge any Authorized Payment Method on file. If we are unable to successfully process payment within 28 days of the initial attempt, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your subscription and related services.

Minimum Subscription Term

All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of twelve (12) months.

Early Termination

Cancellation is permitted but will incur an early termination fee to cover associated losses. The termination fee is calculated at 20% of the monthly box fee in your currency (e.g. $50 USD), multiplied by the number of months remaining on the 12-month contract. For example, if you cancel with 11 months remaining, the termination fee will be 11 x $50 x 20% = $110 USD.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions with monthly and 6-month payment plans will automatically renew at the end of each term, and are non-refundable. To prevent auto-renewal, a cancellation request must be submitted via email to support@craftamo.com prior to the commencement of the new billing cycle. Cancellations prior to re-billing will be subject to the early termination fee as outlined above. 

Cooling-Off Period

You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period following receipt of the first box in your 12-month subscription contract. During this cooling-off period, you may cancel the remaining portion of your subscription and request a pro rata refund for the unused portion based on our monthly subscription pricing. Notification of cancellation must be provided within 14 days of receiving the first box. Cancellations made after the cooling-off period will incur an early termination fee and will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation of your subscription will cease any further deliveries. This cancellation policy is distinct from our returns policy. For details regarding returns and refunds, please refer to our returns policy.

Pre-orders

Craftamo offers pre-orders for select high-demand and popular items. By placing a pre-order, you are securing a product that is either currently out of stock or expected to be available soon. These products are not yet included in our inventory.

When you pre-order, you are reserving the item(s) before they are manufactured, which ensures that they will be dispatched immediately upon availability. The dispatch of pre-ordered items will occur in accordance with the delivery details provided on the product page.

Cancellation and Refunds

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 14 days of the order date for a full refund. Cancellations requested after this 14-day period will not be processed, and the standard subscription policy will apply.
